Endurance Limits USA Rows for It!

By Ryan Foss

STEELE_ImageIt’s time people!!  For the past six months, Erin and I have been pounding the pavement getting corporate sponsors, double, triple and quadruple checking equipment lists, officially making Endurance Limits USA a nonprofit, rowing like mad on our rowing machines, downing protein shakes, and trying to figure out how to get 80 days of food on our ocean row boat.  Exhale…

We are officially three months away from rowing the Pacific and it’s time to party!  On March 23, Endurance Limits USA is hosting a fundraising party at STEELE Fitness in Excelsior, Minnesota from 6-11 p.m.  Erin and I are going to row for five hours with the goal of raising $5,000 for Children’s Hospitals.

Here are my top three reasons to attend:

  1. It’s a party!! I’ll be there.  Erin will be there.  Come hang out with us and ask us questions about the row.  Curious about the boat, where we pee, what we eat?  We’ll answer them all!  Our lead sponsor brightpeak financial  and PR sponsor Russell Herder will be providing Hawaiian gear for photo opportunities and a lei making station for kids.
  2. You get to row too! We aren’t going to be the only ones rowing.  We will have two rowing machines set up and one of us will always be rowing.  Join in on the fun and row for a while next to us.  Trust me, it’s fun.    It REALLY is…
  3. Your donation is matched! Our friends at The Kitchen Table have agreed to match all donations up to $5,000.  How cool is that?  Double your impact.  Need I say more?  Live out of the area?  Can’t make it?  That’s ok, we’ll still match your donation starting today through the rowing event.  So let’s start now!

All the event details and how to donate can be found HERE.  Thank you all for your support through this adventure.  Hope to see you there!!
